WASHINGTON, D.C., (July 28, 2023) – This week, U.S. Representatives Tim Burchett (TN-02), Matt Gaetz (FL-01), Anna Paulina Luna (FL-13), and Jared Moskowitz (FL-23), sent a letter to House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (CA-20) calling for the establishment of a Select Committee to investigate “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena” or UAPs.
The letter calls for the establishment of a Select Committee to investigate and conduct oversight over the federal government’s response to UAPs in addition to highlighting the sworn testimony from an Air Force veteran and 14-year intelligence officer, which revealed that the Pentagon is leaving Congress in the dark about programs and information about UAPs in possession of the United States government.
