WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 24, 2023) – On the latest episode of Tennessee Talks, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (FL-13) joins Rep. Tim Burchett (TN-02) to discuss the House Oversight Committee's work surrounding Hunter Biden, her new bill that would allow new mothers in Congress to vote by proxy, and the strides being made to produce government transparency around UAPs.
“Luna and her husband Andy have become close friends of mine since she was elected to Congress,” said Rep. Burchett. “She's a force in the conservative movement and I'm glad to have her on our side."
Rep. Luna is the first Mexican-American woman elected to the United States Congress to serve the state of Florida and is serving her first term. Before being elected in 2020, she served in the United States Air Force from 2009-2014. Congresswoman Luna is known throughout the country as a star in the conservative movement and was listed on TIME magazine's list of young, rising leaders.
