WASHINGTON, D.C., (November 1, 2023) – On the latest episode of Tennessee Talks, Patricia Bible, President and Owner of KaTom Restaurant Supply joins Rep. Tim Burchett (TN-02) to discuss starting a business in her garage in the 1980s and turning it into one of the largest restaurant equipment suppliers with over 130,000 items in its inventory.
“Patricia is a businesswoman and a good one at that,” said Rep. Burchett. “She started a business from scratch and has watched it grow into the 6th largest firm in the industry that employs hundreds of East Tennesseans.”
KaTom Restaurant Supply employs over 200 people and has earned a number of accolades. They include being named to business magazine Inc. 500/5000’s list of the country’s fastest-growing companies for 13 years running as well as awards for Woman-Owned Business Excellence and Large Business Excellence.
